Helpful staff and everything excellent. Parfe Isogami, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. The standard twin room suited us: it had climate control, a writing table and an electronic key card.

This hotel was incredible base for exploring Kobe, loved it. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Had breakfast for jpy 1365 per person per day.
